Coffey Projects project managed the provision of infrastructure, including roads, parking, landscaping, storm water, sewerage system, electrical power supply, potable water system and telephone lines for 449 villas in Al Ain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Following the successful project management of the infrastructure, Coffey Projects was awarded the contract to provide project management services for the installation of the villas for this new residential development.
The interface and coordination between the contractors (villas, boundary wall and infrastructure), the infrastructure service providers and local authorities, and the client’s representative on site has been paramount to the successful management of this prestigious development.
