Al Salamat Residential Complex

The project involved providing the infrastructure, including roads, parking, landscaping, storm water, sewerage system, electrical power supply, potable water system and telephone lines for 558 villas in Al Ain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Following the successful project management of the infrastructure, Coffey Projects was awarded the contract to provide project management services for the installation of the villas for this residential development.

The interface and coordination between the contractors (villas, boundary wall and infrastructure), the infrastructure service providers and local authorities, and the client’s representative on site was paramount to the successful management of this prestigious development.
