The Advisory Support Facility (ASF), managed by Coffey International Development, provides PNG government agencies and authorities across all sectors in PNG with access to responsive, flexible, accountable and efficient advisory support from a wide range of technical experts in all sectors of Government.
The Program focuses on reinforcing skills transfer and capacity building, with Coffey International Development working closely with the Government of PNG (GoPNG) agencies to identify clearly established needs for technical assistance reflecting GoPNG and AusAID’s agreed priority areas for development.
Managing the project requires a range of activities including marketing the ASF, scoping of agencies, participating in the selection process for funding of activities, recruitment and selection of Australian or PNG advisers, mobilisation and the monitoring and reporting on all program activities.
This project has been extended as the Economic and Public Sector Program (EPSP).
