Organisation Update

(2 September 2010) Coffey International Limited ((ASX:COF) (“Coffey”, “the Company”)) today announced that, following the first anniversary review of its global matrix structure, it has decided to divide the leadership of the Group Operations function into two roles.

The revised structure separates the leadership of the Regional Operations and the leadership of the Specialist Service Lines replacing the role of Group Executive Operations with two new Group Executive roles. This change will enable increased focus across both the Specialist Service Lines and the Regional Operations, driving the key accountabilities for the different roles.

The incumbent Group Executive Operations, Ms Debbie Goodin, has decided to leave the Company to progress her career, seeking a larger role. Recruitment for both new roles will commence immediately and acting leaders have been appointed for the interim period.

Debbie has undertaken a number of senior roles in the Company during her 5 years of service. She led our M&A activity for some time; she then acted in the CFO role, before assuming the Group Executive role in Operations. The Company thanks Debbie for her contribution and wishes her well in the next phase of her career.
