(2 September 2010) Coffey International Limited ((ASX:COF) (“Coffey”, “the Company”)) today announced that, following the first anniversary review of its global matrix structure, it has decided to divide the leadership of the Group Operations function into two roles.
The revised structure separates the leadership of the Regional Operations and the leadership of the Specialist Service Lines replacing the role of Group Executive Operations with two new Group Executive roles. This change will enable increased focus across both the Specialist Service Lines and the Regional Operations, driving the key accountabilities for the different roles.

23 August 2010) Global professional services consultancy Coffey International Limited (“Coffey”) has received a Commendation in the NSW Regions & ACT category at the Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW (“UDIA NSW”) Austral Bricks Awards for Excellence 2010, for the Emirates’ Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa project, announced at a gala event in Sydney last Friday evening.

- Fully franked final dividend of 3.5 cents per share

- Cautious outlook for FY11 despite improving monthly fee revenues over past 4 months

6 August 2010) Today, there was time for play in the Black Saturday bushfire affected community of Strath Creek, Victoria. A playground was officially opened during a ceremony at Strath Creek Pioneer Reserve attended by local families, councillors, voluntary members of GlobalQuest and other Coffey International Limited (“Coffey”) staff.
