Content
The content of our programs is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), which focuses on nine knowledge areas, supplemented by leadership and management principles and practice to deliver an experience of “management for project managers”.
Introductory (fundamentals) programs generally span two days followed by one or two-day intensive (skills) programs focussing on specific, advanced knowledge areas. Coffey Projects also develops programs for larger organisations that can be rolled out over a period of months or years. These same programs are also delivered to staff within the Coffey group, as part of our commitment to developing and retaining best-of-breed specialist people.
