Sydney, Australia – 24 September 2008) – Coffey International Limited (ASX:COF) announced today it has acquired Bovell, Freeman and Holley (BFH), a South African project management business with particular experience in the hotel and leisure industry. BFH will be acquired through Coffey Projects Africa Pty Ltd (CPA), a subsidiary of Coffey International Limited.
