We deliver high-quality bespoke training programs which aim to develop the skills necessary to increase the effectiveness and accountability of security and justice sector and stabilisation policymaking, programming and implementation.
Our targeted training programs and materials are developed according to client requirements, utilising participatory and interactive training methodologies which build the practical skills of participants.
A core element of our approach is building local, indigenous training capacity to ensure long-term, sustainable improvement. Curriculum development with local stakeholders and Training of the Trainers (ToT) are a central part of all our training strategies.
Project examples
- Designed and implemented a human rights training program for Lebanese Internal Security Forces
- Designed and implemented a training programme for the Royal Thai Police ‘Capacity building for counter-terrorism and policing in conflict situations – policing in a multi-cultural society’
- Designed a multi-tier Leadership Development structure for the Iraqi Police Service to train officers in Iraq’s police training centres in security force management
- Lecture and facilitate at the regular SSR Practitioners Courses in the UK and Africa under the auspices of the Global Facilitation Network for Security Sector Reform (GNF-SSR)
