A Shared Healthy and Safe Experience
Coffey has implemented a Safety Share tool to encourage communication about safety experiences and lessons learned that are relevant to the local or general safety of our Coffey people and stakeholders.
While Coffey has a dedicated Health, Safety, Security and Environment function, we do expect health and safety to be a responsibility of all our people and contractors, and strongly encourage staff to:
- Embrace Coffey’s Be Healthy and Safe behaviours
- Participate in safety training and discussions
- Comply with Coffey’s safety policies, standards and procedures
- Be aware of and comply with relevant statutory obligations
- Identify, report and mitigate safety risks and hazards
- Conduct Safety Shares
- Stop work if they feel that their health and/or safety are at risk.
