Projects Funded Financial Year 08/09
- Australian Bushfire and flood relief: GlobalQuest donated funds to assist victims of the natural disasters which occurred in Victorian and Queensland in February 2009. Funds were donated to the National Australia Bank Appeal and the Queensland Premier’s Disaster Appeal.
- Balicare: donation towards clothing, sporting equipment, school books, food for 2 orphanages. A Coffey staff member visited the 2 orphanages and local street kids school and met with the children and carers, and presented the goods to the manager of the places.
- Cancer Foundation: donation for Odd Socks Day
- China & Burma appeal: donation
- Anglicare: purchase of blankets and socks for the homeless
